How does Prodman work out yield from uneven leather hides?
Hides come in odd shapes with marks and flaws. Cutters log each hide's area and flaw zones. Prodman compares actual yield with the pattern, so you can spot operator waste and hold suppliers to account.
Can Prodman make frames and covers reach assembly together?
Yes. The frame and springs run on one track. Foam and covers run on parallel tracks. The dashboard warns supervisors days ahead if sewing is late and the final bench may run dry.
How does Prodman make export paperwork easier?
Buyers abroad want proof: moisture readings, fumigation, timber source and fire ratings. Prodman attaches these to the bill of lading, plans container loading and makes packing lists in one click.
Can we set up finishing stages unique to our workshop?
