Notification framework
One place to choose who hears about what, and how. Attention items and the daily digest already work. This adds control over them.
Real-time notifications
Alerts that arrive as the floor moves, not on the next page load. You hear about a slipping job the moment it slips.
Order lifecycle ledger
Order progress shown two ways, sign-off and fulfilment, instead of one status word for both.

Why we wait on accounting
Keep your accounts as they are. We fix the floor first.
Most ERPs take over your accounts on day one. Your accounts team goes through chaos before a single clean number comes from the floor.
We will not do that to a running business. Today Prodman ERP handles production only. Your books stay where they are.
Once your floor data is clean, you get two paths. Either way, your books will rest on numbers you can trust.
Accounting-system sync
Purchase, dispatch and usage figures flow into the accounting software you already use. Nothing changes for your accounts team.

Accounting-system sync
Production, purchase and dispatch data flows into your accounting software, so nobody types the same figures twice.
International compliance
Export papers, country of origin, and the traceability and audit packs foreign buyers ask for. For factories selling to US and EU accounts.
Multi-currency
Quote, invoice and cost in the buyer's currency. Rates are saved with each document, so old orders do not quietly change price.
Advanced prediction engine
Delivery dates based on your own run rates, not hope. Wastage, load and demand forecast from your floor's own history.
Estimating
Cost a job before you win it: by operation and material, machine-hour rates, multi-quantity comparison, paper vs reel, and quote break-ups.
GST e-invoice and e-way bill
The tax invoice ships today. The IRN and e-way bill portal link does not, yet.
Scheduling and Gantt what-if
Today's Gantt shows the load. Drag-to-reschedule and capacity planning come with this.
Offline capture
v1 is online only on purpose and tells the worker clearly when an entry did not save. Queueing comes later. The groundwork is already in place.
Forecasting and MRP
What to make and what to buy, worked out from the order book and real consumption.
Gang printing
Several jobs on one sheet, with the maths done for you.
Transport and freight
