The roadmap, honestly

What is coming, and what never will.

Nothing on this page ships today. We put no dates on it either, because a date on a roadmap is a promise made by someone who does not yet know what they will learn. What we can tell you is what is named, designed and being built.

Named, designed, in build

Being built now.

Specified and under construction. Still not something to buy on.

In build

Notification framework

One place to decide who hears about what, and how. Attention items and the daily digest already work. This is the control over them.

In build

Real-time notifications

Alerts that arrive as the floor moves, not on the next page load, so a slipping job reaches you the moment it slips.

In build

Order lifecycle ledger

Order progress on two honest axes, sign-off and fulfilment, instead of both crammed into one status word.

In build

Pending delivery list

The single screen that answers what is going out this week.

In build

KRA and KPI screens

On the performance tables that are already modelled underneath.

The question every owner asks

Keep your Tally, or move onto ours. Both.

Today Prodman ERP runs your production and leaves accounting alone. Your Tally stays your account book and nothing about that changes.

Two things are coming, and you will not have to choose in a hurry. Tally sync carries production, purchase and dispatch across on its own, so the same figures stop being typed twice. Full accounting gives you a complete ledger inside Prodman ERP, for the factory that would rather run one system than two.

Either way the accounting sits on production data that is already accurate, because the floor captured it as the work happened.

On the roadmap

Coming next.

Named and agreed, not yet started. Listed so you can judge the direction, not so you can plan around a date.

Roadmap

Full accounting

A complete ledger inside Prodman ERP, for the factory that would rather run one system than two. Bookkeeping, payables, receivables and the statutory reports on top of production data that is already accurate.

Roadmap

Tally sync

For everyone who wants to keep Tally. Production, purchase and dispatch data flowing across on its own, so nothing is entered twice. Keep Tally, or move onto ours. Both are supported.

Roadmap

International compliance

Export documentation, country of origin, and the traceability and audit packs a foreign buyer's quality team asks for. Built for the manufacturer selling into US and EU accounts.

Roadmap

Multi-currency

Quote, invoice and cost in the buyer's currency, with rates held against the document so an old order does not silently re-price.

Roadmap

Advanced prediction engine

Delivery dates predicted from your own run rates instead of promised and prayed for. Wastage, load and demand forecast from the history your floor has already built.

Roadmap

Estimating

Costing the job you have not won yet: operation-wise and material-wise, machine-hour rates, multi-quantity comparison, paper against reel, and quotation cost break-ups.

Roadmap

GST e-invoice and e-way bill

The tax invoice document ships today. The IRN and e-way bill portal integration does not, yet.

Roadmap

Scheduling and Gantt what-if

Today's Gantt shows the load. Drag to reschedule, and capacity planning, come with this.

Roadmap

Offline capture

v1 is deliberately online only and tells the worker plainly when an entry did not save. Queueing comes later. The seam is already built for it.

Roadmap

Forecasting and MRP

What to make and what to buy, worked out from the order book and real consumption.

Roadmap

Gang printing

Several jobs ganged onto one sheet, with the arithmetic done for you.

Roadmap

Transport and freight

Transporter, LR and freight management, plus multi-drop delivery scheduling.

Roadmap

Salesman-wise orders and CRM

The wider sales dimension over the order book you already have.

Roadmap

Dies and blocks

Tracked as real tooling, alongside the plate store that ships today.

Roadmap

ASN, gate booking and RFID

For the buyer whose supply chain expects it.

Roadmap

Upholstery, the second vertical

The same core engine with upholstery's own stages, planning arithmetic and screens. Printing proved the architecture. Upholstery proves it twice.

Decided against

What we have decided never to build.

A roadmap that only ever grows is a wish list. These are refusals, and we would rather you knew them now.

No WhatsApp or SMS push

Operational alerts stay in app and by email. We are not adding another channel for your team to mute.

AI Employees will never contact your client or your supplier

They work only inside Prodman ERP and only on your own staff. Talking to your customer stays a human's job, permanently.

No AI guessing at your business

Chases are deterministic rules you can read and tune. There is no model inventing a decision about your factory.

Buy what ships, not what is promised.

Book a 30-minute demo and we will show you exactly what runs today on a factory like yours, and tell you plainly what does not.
