The order comes in
By phone, by WhatsApp or through the client portal. The office logs it once. It gets one order number you can read out loud, and that number stays with the job for life. Nobody types it again.

Artwork goes for approval
Attach the artwork and send it to the client. Production stays locked until they sign it off. So late artwork shows up on day one instead of on delivery day. If they change it after approving, that part goes back for approval on its own.

Planning
After sign-off, planning makes the work orders and job cards. Paper, UPs, farmas, which machine. Then it prints the job QR.

The floor enters the work
The worker scans the job, scans the machine, and enters good and scrap. That entry moves the stage forward and updates work in progress. Nothing to read, nothing to type.

You see it live
The dashboard and the Gantt update in seconds. Orders that are slipping, stock that is low and jobs that have gone quiet come up as attention items on their own.

Dispatch against the promise
Pack box by box, pick a box size that allows for foam, and dispatch against the ordered quantity. If you are about to ship short, it warns you first. Delivered against promised is recorded as a number.

In v1, entry needs a live connection. If the wifi drops, the worker gets a clear message that it did not save, so nothing is ever lost quietly. Offline entry is on the roadmap.
